I always see lots of foreigners like to go to the real place and tell the story by their real eyes. I like to read the experiences you have made and seen then tell through text^^ That’s really good story I can imagine the circumtance there in Taiwan with sadness.

Sounds like while not what you expected, the trip was wonderful. I’m looking forward to reading your interviews with those living near the reservoir. I read an interesting book by a former Peace Corps worker in China who worked near the Three Gorges Dam project, and would be interested to get another perspective on a similar issue. Keep us posted!
